Return Policy
Returns are limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Shipping costs are not refrundable.
Returns must be received by CON-TIE, Inc at 237 Still Creek
Road, Danville, CA 94506 within 30 days of the customer receipt
date. Refunds will not be authorized after 30 days. Before returning
any defective item, you must call 877.696.8555 for a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted
without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1)
item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers
are valid for 14 business days.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned
with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new"
condition and in original packaging. No partial returns will
be accepted. The original packing slip must be included and
the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could
result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
Written Limited Warranty
CON-TIE, Inc. warrants to you, the original purchaser, that
for 30 days, CON-TIE, Inc. will replace any Speed-Clip product
which is defective in material or workmanship. To exercise
your rights under this warranty, you must submit the original
sales receipt when making a claim.
If you notice a manufacturing defect, it is important for
you to promptly notify the CON-TIE, Inc. Authorized Retailer
from whom you purchased your Speed-Clips. If it is impossible
or impractical to notify that Retailer, please submit your
claim by phone, via e-mail, fax or in writing to:
